Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after item(s) delivered, to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can start by requesting a return through your account in the top right corner and select the product from your order you would like to exchange.

Refund or Exchange will be processed after item has been delivered back to GREAT GUARD and underwent inspection.

Refunds will not include shipping cost or duties. (ex. order total is $100 after tax and shipping with shipping be $7. You will be refunded $93)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS

We are not able to provide shipping labels for US customers. Please follow these instructions on how to properly address the returning package.

Customs Instructions (VERY IMPORTANT):
• Contents: Canadian goods being returned
• Description: Return of Canadian merchandise
• Value: $1.00 (or original value with "Returned Goods" noted)
• Reason for export: Return
• Country of origin: Canada
• Please do NOT declare the item as a sale or gift.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

Please fill out exchange form on website and/or contact sales@greatguard.ca to receive free pre-paid return label. 

Returns

Please follow instructions on website through the return portal. Shipping will be paid for by customer and refund will be issued once item has been inspected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom colour neck guards, sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@greatguard.ca.

 


EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at sales@greatguard.ca  within the 14-day period. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items (e.g., items with team logos or custom sizing).
